Charges for the care of babies and pre-school children are calculated by the hour and per session and all sessions will be rounded up to the nearest half hour. Extra hours, taken over and above those contracted by individuals, will be added to the invoice at the end of the month in which they are taken. The minimum number of hours you can take for your child per day is 6.

The rates for school age children are calculated per session.

Non attendance will be charged at the usual hourly / sessional rate. There is no charge, however, if we are unable to provide care for your child due to setting closure.

 

Childcare charges for September will be as follows:

Hourly rate for 0-12 months:                                                                         £10.00

Hourly rate for 1-2 years:                                                                               £9.00

Hourly rate for 2-3 year olds attending three or more days per week:                £7.75

Hourly rate for 2-3 year olds attending one or two days per week:                    £8.25

Hourly rate for 2 – 3 year olds attending Term Time only:                                £8.25

If your child is eligible for Working Family Funding, you will need to apply within the term before they turn 9 months or 2yrs respectively.

All children in receipt of Working Family Funding or Nursery Funding will be requested to pay an Additional Integrated Services Charge (AIS) of £1.60 per hour for each of the funded hours attended.

The AIS charge covers costs which are not included in your Nursery Funding. £1per hour of the AIS charge covers a freshly prepared, healthy home-cooked lunch.  It also covers a freshly prepared, healthy morning and afternoon snack.  60p per hour of the AIS charge helps to cover the cost of some consumables such as cooking ingredients and gardening resources.

3 to 5 Year Olds and Nursery Funded Places

Hourly rate for 3 – 4 year olds attending Term Time only:                                      £7.75

Hourly rate for 3 -4 year olds attending all year:                                                   £7.45

Children attending Home-Grown Childcare will be requested to pay an Additional Integrated Services Charge (AIS) of £1.60 per hour for each of the Nursery Funded Hours attended.

Daily rate (8.00am – 5.15pm) for over 8s (school holidays, TED days etc.) – £37.00*

Daily rate (8.00am – 5.15pm) for 5 to 8 year olds – £40.00*
